I have a Wholesale Account. How do I Access my Account to Order?

Thanks for being a valued reseller! If you've accessed our online store but aren't seeing your wholesale pricing or bundle assortments, chances are you're just not signed in to your account. While all of our customers shop from the same shoptheramu.com online store, it will be necessary for you as a reseller to log in to access your perks. If you have a wholesale account and are not logged in, you will see only retail product assortments and MSRP pricing.

As a reseller you have options, both for signing in to your account and choosing your shopping experience.

Signing In

However you prefer your browsing experience, you'll need to log in to your account first. You may do so from the homepage, or from the Wholesale Login Page.

From the Theramu Homepage

Log in from the My Account link on the Theramu homepage. 

1. go to shoptheramu.com
2. click on My Account at the top right of the page
3. enter your associated account email address and password on the Login form (we have already created your account for you - do not use the Register form)
4. forgot your password? Reset it from the Login form
5. forgot your email address? Click the gold Help button or contact support at info@theramu.com for assistance
6. click Shop from the top menu bar, and your reseller pricing and assortment will display

From the Theramu Wholesale Log In Page

5. click Shop from the top menu bar, and your reseller pricing and assortment will display

Placing Your Order

Once signed in, you will see your reseller pricing and assortment. Click Shop to view all products in a traditional grid view, and browse all your available products.

If you're pressed for time, or just need to place a quick re-order, you can use the Wholesale Order Form HERE. This quick-order shortcut displays your assortment in a list view - simply add your preferred quantities, review your cart (or skip ahead to checkout), and you're done!

At checkout, be sure to verify your billing and shipping address information, add your card details, and remember to check the Terms & Conditions Checkbox before clicking the Submit button to complete your order.
